ListRevolt 隐私权政策
ListRevolt 是一款离线优先的清单 App。你的清单、步骤、笔记与时程仅保存在你的设备上。App 没有账户系统——无需注册、无需登录，也不需要或收集电子邮件地址。我们不收集分析或诊断数据、不追踪你，也不出售个人数据。
1. What the App Stores and Sends / App 存储与传输的数据
ListRevolt is designed to keep your data on your device. There is only one optional path — described below — in which limited text leaves your device, and it requires your explicit consent.
ListRevolt 的设计原则是把你的数据留在你的设备上。只有下文描述的一条可选路径会让有限文字离开你的设备，且它需要你的明确同意。
Your checklist content — stored on your device only / 你的清单内容——仅保存在设备上
All content you enter, draft, or save in ListRevolt — checklists, main steps, sub-steps, notes, schedules, and progress — is stored locally on your device inside the iOS app sandbox. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the optional AI features described below. The app works fully offline.
你在 ListRevolt 中输入、起草或保存的所有内容——清单、主要步骤、子步骤、笔记、时程与进度——均通过 iOS 应用沙盒保存在设备本地。除非你主动使用下文所述的可选 AI 功能，这些内容不会离开你的设备。App 可完全离线使用。
Erasure / 抹除： you can erase all locally stored content at any time in the app (Settings → Clear local data), or by uninstalling the app.
抹除：你可以随时在 App 内（设置 → 清除本机数据）抹除所有本机内容，或卸载 App。
Optional AI generation — only with your explicit consent / 可选 AI 生成——仅经你明确同意
ListRevolt can use AI to help draft and refine checklist steps. This happens only when both of the following are true: (1) you have turned on data-sharing consent in the app settings, and (2) you actively use an AI feature (for example, generating secondary checklists or refining sub-steps). When that happens, the app sends the task text you chose, your app language setting, and a random local identifier to the developer-operated AI service (hosted at herelai.fun), for the sole purpose of returning generated checklist content. These requests are not used for advertising, are not linked to your identity, and are not shared with third parties.
ListRevolt 可借助 AI 协助起草与细化清单步骤。这仅在同时满足以下两个条件时发生：(1) 你已在 App 设置中开启数据共享同意；(2) 你主动使用某个 AI 功能（例如生成次要清单或细化子步骤）。此时，App 会把你所选的任务文字、App 语言设置，以及一个随机本机标识符发送至开发者运营的 AI 服务（部署于 herelai.fun），仅用于返回生成的清单内容。这些请求不用于广告、不与你的身份关联，也不会共享给第三方。
Fallback / 回退： if consent is off, or you are offline, the app drafts content entirely on your device and nothing is transmitted.
回退：若未开启同意，或你处于离线状态，App 将完全在本机生成内容，不会有任何传输。
App preferences — on your device only / App 偏好——仅保存在设备上
Preferences such as language and display options are kept in local app storage on your device and are not transmitted.
语言与显示选项等偏好保存在设备本机的应用存储中，不会对外传输。

ListRevolt does not have an account system. We do not ask for or collect your email address or any registration information, and there is no sign-up or sign-in. The app is fully usable without any personal account.
ListRevolt 没有账户系统。我们不会索取或收集你的电子邮件地址或任何注册信息，也不存在注册或登录流程。无需任何个人账户即可完整使用本 App。
3. No Tracking, No Sale / 不追踪、不出售
- We do not sell your personal data. / 我们不会出售你的个人数据。
- We do not use data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. / 我们不会将数据用于第三方广告或跨 App 追踪。
- The app's privacy manifest declares: no tracking, and no data collection linked to your identity. / App 的隐私清单声明：无追踪行为，亦无与你的身份关联的数据收集。
4. How Data Is Used / 数据如何使用
- Checklist functionality: your content is stored and processed on your device to run the app.
清单功能：你的内容在你的设备上存储与处理，以运行 App。 - Optional AI generation: with your consent, chosen task text is processed by the AI service solely to return generated checklist steps.

5. Data Minimization and Protection / 数据最小化与保护
Because your checklist content stays on your device by design, we handle the minimum needed to operate the app. The optional AI requests carry only the task text, the language setting, and a random local identifier — no name, no contact details, no device fingerprint.
由于你的清单内容默认留在你的设备上，我们仅处理运营 App 所需的最少数据。可选的 AI 请求仅携带任务文字、语言设置与一个随机本机标识符——不含姓名、联系方式，也没有设备指纹。
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. / 任何传输或电子存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。我们会尽力保护你的数据，但无法承诺绝对安全。
6. Sharing and Disclosure / 分享与披露
We do not sell your personal data. Limited data may be disclosed only in the following cases:
我们不会出售你的个人数据。仅在以下情形可能披露有限数据：
- AI service: the consent-gated requests described in Section 1, sent to the developer-operated AI service. / AI 服务：第 1 节所述经你同意的请求，发送至开发者运营的 AI 服务。
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental requests. / 为遵守适用法律、法律程序或有效的政府要求。
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the developer, the app, or the public. / 为保护用户、开发者、App 或公众的权利、安全与安全。
- With your consent or at your direction. / 经你同意或依你的指示。
7. Your Rights and Choices / 你的权利与选择
- Erase everything: use "Clear local data" in the app settings to erase all locally stored content, or uninstall the app.
抹除全部：在 App 设置中使用「清除本机数据」抹除所有本机内容，或卸载 App。 - Withdraw consent: turn off data-sharing consent in settings to stop all AI transmissions; on-device drafting keeps working.

8. Minors' Privacy / 未成年人隐私
ListRevolt is not directed to minors below the age required by applicable law for online services without parental consent, and we do not knowingly handle personal data from them without required consent.
ListRevolt 并非面向未达适用法律规定年龄、需父母同意才能使用在线服务的未成年人。我们不会在明知情况下未经必要同意处理其个人数据。
9. Changes to This Policy / 政策变更
We may revise this policy from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the app after a revision means the revised policy applies.
我们可能不时修订本政策。修订内容将发布于本页并标注新的修订日期。修订后继续使用 App，即表示适用修订后的政策。
