Richify does not collect any data from you. All data generated through your use of the app — including habit records, habit plans, streak tracking, completion logs, progress tracking, and preferences — is created, processed, and stored entirely on your device.

2. No Data Leaves Your Device / 数据不离开您的设备

Richify operates entirely on-device. We do not use any AI gateway service, cloud service, or remote server to process your data. No account login is required to use the app. Specifically:

All data in Richify is used exclusively on your device for the following purposes:

All data in Richify is stored locally on your device's internal storage. There is no cloud backup, no remote sync, and no server-side storage. Your data remains under your full control at all times.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend that you:

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any of your data to any third party, because we do not collect or have access to any of your data. All data remains on your device.

8. User Rights and Choices / 用户权利与选择

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times:

9. Children's Privacy / 儿童隐私

Richify is not specifically directed at children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. Since the app does not collect any data, no personal data from children is collected, stored, or transmitted.

Richify 并非专门针对未达到适用法律规定、需父母同意才能使用在线服务的儿童。由于本 App 不收集任何数据，因此不会收集、存储或传输任何来自儿童的个人数据。

10. Changes to This Policy / 政策变更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after updates means the updated policy applies.
